Garth Lindo born and raised in Kingston Jamaica is the sibling of five brothers and was mostly raised by his mother Sylvia Malcolm. Garth development of his musical style is the result of a lifetime of musical influences since he was always surrounded by different forms of music. Some of his biggest musical inspiration would certainly include Bob Marley, Shabba Ranks, Stevie Wonder and Lieutenant Stichie.

After realizing that making music was his main goal he began to showcase his talent in various venues across Jamaica, performing at numerous gigs (Sting, Bling Dawg Summer Jam and Spectrum) making sure his name and music was being heard by as many people as possible. He was known through-out the music scene by the name Mr. Pang but goes by G ROCK these days. He has worked with various producers such as Jah Snow Cone, Richie Stevens and Patrick Roberts. Some of his recorded songs include Wok Gyal, Jamaica my Land and Mental Slavery.

G ROCK took a break from the music scene but has never forgotten his love and passion for music. G ROCK is here today under Rock a Fyah Production as a deejay, songwriter and producer.
